  • Business configuration: Stripe API credentials (stored encrypted), webhook secrets, cancellation flow settings, widget branding, and other setup data you provide.
  • End-customer data: subscription and customer records imported from Stripe or received through webhooks, cancellation session events, feedback responses, and retention offer outcomes needed to operate churn and retention features.
  • Usage and technical data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, feature usage, and diagnostic information used to secure and improve the Service.
  • Communications: messages you send to us, including support requests sent to our legal or business email address.

  • Processing subscriptions and managing billing through our payment providers.
